Troubleshooting Lost Video Feed When Switching Cameras

If you lose video feed in PIONEER after switching cameras (like changing to a LACP camera), but can still see video in other inspection apps, follow these steps to restore the video feed:

Solution

  1. Close PIONEER completely

  2. Restart your camera device driver:

    1. Open Device Manager in Windows

    2. Find your camera under "Imaging devices" or "Sound, video and game controllers"

    3. Right-click the camera device and select "Disable device"

    4. Right-click again and select "Enable device"

  3. Reopen PIONEER
