Adding Hotkeys to Pioneer Desktop App or Web App

1. Create Observation

  • Navigate to the inspection recording page

  • Add an observation (e.g., "Tap Factory")

2. Save Hotkey

  • Click on the observation row

  • Press Ctrl + H to bring up the hotkey modal

  • Save that selected observation and additional ancillary data as a hotkey

  • Access the hotkey list with Ctrl + H

3. Use Hotkey

  • Use Ctrl + Shift + [Number] to quickly access saved hotkeys

  • Example: Ctrl + Shift + 1 to access "Tap Factory" code if "Tap Factory" is the first hotkey in your list.

4. Add Another Hotkey

  • Repeat the process to add a new observation and save it as a hotkey

  • Access the hotkey list to view the newly added hotkey

  • Use Ctrl + Shift + [Number] to quickly access saved hotkeys

    • If this is the second observation on the hotkey list then Ctrl + Shift + 2 will add that observation

5. Delete Hotkey

  • To remove a hotkey, click on the trashcan icon next to the hotkey

6. Closing Hotkey Modal

  • Close the hotkey modal using Ctrl + H
